Bright Engineering has world-class infrastructure for designing and integration of systems. We have total integration space of over 20000 square feet spread over multiple locations in Pune and Chennai and a Design and Administrative office space of 5000 square feet in Chennai & Pune.

Bright Engineering provides comprehensive, in-house Mechanical design and manufacturing capabilities from fabrication, assembly to electrical controls, Integration, Design and Development of Windows-based Controls system software, all under one roof, Which is our core strength adds great advantage to our customers,

Our mechanical design lab has licenses for multiple CAD platforms.

Our controls team is capable of working on a suite of PLC & PC based platforms to suit customer’s standards.

Our Software design lab has licenses for the various products of LabVIEW2014, Java, Rabbit Based Embedded systems development kit, Zigbee Development Kits, Open office, Open Source systems, Etc.

We have a well advanced and sophisticated set up for achieving the requirements with Advanced CNC Machines & Sophisticated Software’s.

 

In our total group we presently have the following Machines,

  • 2 Nos. of Double Column CNC Vertical Machining Centers(vision wide Taiwan make) of  Axes Traverses as below,
  • 3200 x 2400 x 920mm (X/Y/Z Respectively)
  • 2000 x 1600 x 800 mm (X/Y/Z Respectively)
  • 4 Nos. CNC Vertical Machining Centers of Axes Traverses 1000 x 610 x 610 mm
  • 2 Nos. CNC Turning Center’s
  • Facilities for press tools tryout/sheet metal component.

    2.  350T capacity hydraulic Press(1200×1200 bed size)-2 nos
    3.  50T capacity hydraulic Press(600×600 bed Size)
  • 3D CMM (1500MMX900MM): install by SEP End.
  • 125 KVA Generator set Backup
  • Radial Drilling Machine: RM50.
  • DelCam (power mill/power shape) software for CNC Programming/designing.

 

Supporting to this advanced set up we also have tie-up with well equipped vendors for surface grinding, wire cutting EDM surface treatments and other related process required for manufacturing tools and dies machining components.

Our Quality Assurance department is equipped with the most sophisticated Measuring instruments, specialized equipments in assembly department

Test rigs and instruments to help in building Machine Tools of exemplary class.
